After hearing about Caroline Flack’s death yesterday and many other cases of people suffering from mental health, it infuriates me a lot when people kick others when they’re down or are not supportive when times are tough for them. This affects me deeply, especially when people who I don’t know are going through this, and they feel they have no one to talk to.
